Ubisoft is on a roll with a few new games up its sleeve. Assassin’s Creed Origins is one of them. Recently, we came to know about some of its details, which shed light on the important aspects of the game. But, that was not all.
Yesterday, Ubisoft took it to twitter to reveal Assassin’s Creed Origin’s official logo.
Ubisoft is well-known to make logos that are themed on the game. Every AC game had thematic logos like stars, a pirate skull, glitchy lines and industrial-looking plates.
This logo looks basic like the first AC game. It clearly indicates that the franchise is going back to the basics, while also foreshadowing on the origin of the assassins. Apart from that, the gold color complements the sands of Egypt. The creativity and imagination invested in the logo, is certainly keeping up with the hype involved.
This would add to the list of reasons to feel excited about Assassins Creed Origins.
Ubisoft didn’t stop with the reveal of AC origins logo. They went on to annouce the arrival of Far Cry 5. This announcement was unforseen by the ubi fans and had mixed reactions to it.
A few fans showed the same excitement ubisoft had, while some didn’t and others were skeptical about their feelings. The reason behind the neutral and negative reactions is that Far Cry series was considered at its peak during the third part of the game. After far cry 3, fans believed its all copy-paste work and nothing interesting.
Earlier, the AC series was thought to be redundant. The games that released after Brotherhood wasn’t that critically acclaimed. Fans know that brotherhood was the peak of the series and the reasons why people love Ezio, more than any other assassin. But, by going back to the basics and bringing a new theme to the game, Ubisoft piqued interests again with Origins.
Hence, we can expect the same to happen with Far Cry too. It would be better to wait and try the game out, as Ubi might have made some humongous changes and adding in surprises too.
